No More Shipments to USA

Dear friends,

Hifisonix will no longer be able to ship any products to the USA due to the tariff situation. Shipping to America from the UK requires that the tariffs be paid up front by the shipper. This has of course attracted a ‘tariff adder’ to purchases from the USA. However, there have been problems in administering this process by the UK government and by people like me trying to ship orders to the USA. My current shipping provider, Royal Mail, will no longer accept shipments to the USA. Services via Fedex and UPS are available, but this requires an export licence and associated paperwork. For low value PCBs on which the margins are already thin, this is just not worth it.

Hopefully this situation will resolve itself in the future, and we can all get back to doing DIY Audio.
